La colonica si trova a poca distanza da Cortona, stupenda cittadina medioevale di origine etrusca ricca di storia e monumenti da visitare. La casa, tutta in pietra, è stata recentemente ristrutturata in accordo con lo stile toscano, preservando la struttura originale e mantenendo gli antichi e caratteristici pavimenti in cotto ed è stata arredata con mobili d'epoca in stile. Si ha accesso alla proprietà tramite una strada non asfaltata ma in ottime condizioni. A disposizione degli ospiti c'è un ampio parheggio all'interno della proprietà ed un grande giardino costruito a terrazze fornito di tavoli e sedie dove è collocata una piccola piscina tipo termale tutta in pietra con cascata d'acqua corrente e getti idromassaggio. |

The property is very close to the centre of Cortona, a beautiful small medieval town whose origins date back to the Etruscan period, where are many important monuments, museums and churches to be visited.The house has been recently restored, according to the tuscan style and preserving its original structure and details like the ancient terracotta tile foors. It is tastefully furnished mostly with antiques pieces.The access to the farmhouse is through an unpaved but well-kept road.There is a parking within the grounds and a large terraced garden equipped with tables and chairs. |
